TERMS AND CONDITIONS BBU SIGN UP & WIN PROMOTION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. \n

    By entering the Battery Back Up Fibre \u201cSign Up & Win\u201d Promotion (\u2018the Promotion\u2019), the Customer agrees that they are bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Terms and Conditions governing One Communications (Guyana) Inc. (\u201cONE\u201d) Fibre Services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    It will be at ONE\u2019s sole discretion as to whether all eligibility requirements have or have not been met by a participant and ONE may require evidence or confirmation from customers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    This promotion shall only be applicable to new customers who sign up for or upgrade to the Battery Back Up Fibre Plan during the promotional period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    In addition, to Clause 3 hereof and subject to Clause 2, the participant understands and agrees that to benefit from this promotion, the participant must a new customer who signs up or existing customer who upgrades to the Battery Back Up Fibre Plan. For any avoidance of
    \ndoubt, the Customer acknowledges that the customer must sign up during the promotional
    \nperiod to be eligible. If the Customer signs up at any time outside of this period, the Customer
    \nunderstands and agrees that the Customer will not be eligible for this Promotion<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Pursuant to Clause 2 hereof, if the participant is eligible, as solely determined by ONE, during the promotional period the selected participants will be eligible to win the grand prize of a 1 x 65\u201d Samsung TV<\/strong> or 1 x PS5<\/strong> or a consolation prize of one (1) month of free service<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    The participant understands and agrees that ONE may change the prizes at its sole discretion, and that the participants who ONE has determined to be the winners for this promotion, will
    \nbe randomly selected<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    This promotion shall commence on the 1st day of May 2026<\/strong> and shall conclude at 23:59hrs on the 31st day of May 2026<\/strong> (the Period\u2019). This period shall be divided into two parts pursuant to Clause 5 hereof. ONE shall have the sole option to extend and\/or end this promotion before the expiration of the Period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    ONE reserves the right to amend these promotional terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. In such an event, notice will be given via ONE\u2019s website or otherwise and
    \nwill be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications. As such, the
    \nparticipant should check ONE\u2019s website regularly for any changes and\/or updates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  9. \n

    Personal data may be collected by ONE and will be processed and protected in accordance with the relevant privacy policy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  10. \n

    The participant understands that ONE may broadcast, or publish a winning participant\u2019s name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including the
    \nparticipant\u2019s voice, recorded or live, for any reason that ONE deems necessary without
    \ncompensation, unless prohibited by law, and the participant will hereby release any and all
    \nclaims the participant may have against ONE for such use<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  11. \n

    To the extent permitted by law, ONE excludes all liability for loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this Promotion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  12. \n
