TEXT TO WIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Independence Trivia Campaign<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    By entering this Text to Win Promotion (\u2018the Promotion\u2019), the Customer agrees that they are bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Terms and Conditions governing One Communications (Guyana) Inc. (\u2018ONE\u201d) Mobile Service.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    This promotion is applicable to all ONE Mobile Subscribers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    It will be at ONE\u2019s sole discretion as to whether all eligibility requirements have or have not been met and ONE may require evidence or confirmation from customers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Every successful text containing \u201cA\u201d, \u201cB\u201d, \u201cC\u201d or \u201cD\u201d sent by a customer to 620-2828 will automatically allow the customer one entry into the Promotion. The Customer understands that the more texts sent, the more chances Customers get to win from prizes, determined by ONE, at its sole
    \ndiscretion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Pursuant to Clause 4, the Customer understands and agrees that there will be a SMS entry fee of five hundred dollars ($500) should the Customer choose to enter this Promotion. After sending the requisite text, the Customer will receive a SMS notification from ONE confirming their entry, and the said SMS will include the accumulated entries by the Customer. Subscribers will not be able to utilize the SMS allowance afforded under ONE\u2019s Move Plans for such entry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    This Promotion is applicable from 1st day of May 2026 to the 24th day of May 2026<\/strong> \u2018the promotional term\u2019). ONE shall have the sole option to extend this Promotion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    The Customer further understands and agrees that upon the expiration of the promotional term, the benefits offered under this Promotion will cease in its entirety.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    ONE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In such an event, notice will be given via ONE\u2019s website or otherwise and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  9. \n

    Personal data will be collected by ONE and will be processed and protected in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is published on ONE\u2019s website. By participating in the Promotion, the participant agrees (and when sharing third party personal data
    \nguarantees that the relevant third party agrees) with the processing of personal data by ONE.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    To the extent permitted by law, ONE excludes all liability for loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this Promotion<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
