The PIN is used to access Voicemail upon calling from a different phone number or from abroad. The PIN is also used to log into the prepaid web portal to administer your account.

PIN requirements we should suggest:

• PINs should consist of 4-digit numbers
• The digits should not be repeating (such as 0000, 5555 etc.).
• The digits should not be in sequence (such as 1234, 6789 etc.)
• The digits should not coincide with any of your phone number sequence
• In general, PINs should be hard to guess.

All our current in-market packs contain unlimited data. After you consume the full speed data included in your pack, we may slow you down to ensure that our network resources are used fairly by all the users. Should you need more full speed data, you can purchase a bigger data package.

After your included minutes are used, if you have any balance in your account, your call will continue and you will be charged for the additional minutes. If there is no additional balance in your account, after the included minutes are used, the call will end.
