5. Fair Usage Policy for Long-Distance Minutes: To ensure fair usage and maintain the quality of our services, the following Fair Usage Policy applies to all long-distance calling plans:

• Monthly Limit:
  1. Customers are allowed up to 5000 long-distance minutes per month. This limit is designed to accommodate typical personal and business usage.
• Usage Restrictions:
  1. Long-distance minutes are intended for standard phone-to-phone calls only.
  2. The use of long-distance minutes for conference calls, call centers, or any other high-volume calling scenarios is prohibited.
• Excessive Usage:
  1. If a customer's usage exceeds 5000 minutes in a month, additional charges may apply at a rate of $0.02 per minute.
  2. Excessive usage that negatively impacts network performance may result in service restrictions or termination.
• Monitoring and Enforcement:
  1. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance with this policy.
  2. Customers found to be in violation of this policy may be subject to corrective actions, including additional charges, service restrictions, or termination of service.
• Policy Changes:
  1. This Fair Usage Policy is subject to change. Any updates will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

6. The 50% discount applies for the first 6 months of service. Standard pricing resumes thereafter.
