CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS APPLY: Offer valid until October 31, 2026, or while supplies last. Offer available in stores, kiosks, and through authorized agents. Applies to new or existing customers activating new mobile lines or those eligible for an upgrade.

DEVICE OFFER: iPhone 18 Pro 256GB (regular price $1,440) qualifies for up to $1,440 in monthly bill credits with an eligible trade-in valued at $300 or more. Requires the Unlimited Nationwide Elite plan and a 36-month installment agreement.

CANCELLATION: If mobile service is cancelled before the 36-month installment plan ends, monthly credits will stop, and the remaining device balance will become due immediately.

PLAN CHANGES: If the customer downgrades to a plan other than the one specified as eligible for this offer, One Communications reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reduce, suspend, or fully or partially cancel the promotional credits granted for the device.

ACCOUNT LIMITS: Allows a maximum of 10 phone lines per account with a maximum of 4 devices on promotional pricing.

TAXES AND FEES: Price does not include taxes or regulatory fees.

RETURNS: Returns accepted within 30 days. A restocking fee of up to $55 may apply.

AVAILABILITY: Inventory is subject to availability and may not be available in all locations.

TRADE-IN: The customer has a maximum of seven (7) days from the transaction date to hand over the device designated for trade-in. Failure to surrender the device within the stipulated timeframe will result in the immediate cancellation of the granted credit.

INTERNET DISCOUNT: The customer will receive a $10 per month discount per mobile line if they are an active internet customer. If the customer disconnects internet service, One Communications reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove the internet discount.

AUTOPAY DISCOUNT: The customer will receive a $5 per month discount per mobile account if they are enrolled in autopay. If the customer removes autopay, One Communications reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove the autopay discount.
