VoLTE is the Future of Mobile Calling in the U.S
Soon, the only way to connect and roam in the US will be through VoLTE on their 4G LTE service. We’ve teamed up with big networks T-Mobile and Verizon to bring you this upgrade.
To turn on Voice over LTE (VoLTE) on an iPhone,
you can do the following:

- Go to “ Settings ”
- Select “ Cellular ”
- Select “ Cellular Data Option ”
- Select “ Voice & Data ”
- Tap on the “ VoLTE ” toggle switch
Then press OK
To turn on Voice over LTE (VoLTE) on an iPhone
E-Sim or Dual Sim, you can do the following:
- Open “ Settings ”
- Select “ Cellular ”
- Select your “ One SIM ”
- Select the “ Data Roaming ” toggle switch and turn on
“ Data Roaming ” - Select “ Voice & Data ”
- Select the “ VoLTE ” toggle switch and turn on “
VoLTE ”
Ensure that your software is the most up-to-date
version
- Open “ Settings ”
- Tap “ Software Update ”
- Tap “ Download and Install ” (if the software is not up to
date, the device will prompt you to download it).

To check if your phone is compatible with Samsung
- Open “ Settings ”
- Tap “ About Phone ”
- Check Device Model Compatibility Below
To turn on Voice Over LTE (VoLTE) on a Samsung phone, you can do the following:

- Go to Settings and check to see if your phone has a Software Update available.
- If your phone currently has the latest software installed, proceed to Step 4.
- If a Software Update is available, this must be done before proceeding:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and select Software Update
- Select Download and Install to update your phone’s software.
Note: If another software update is
available, follow the process again until no further updates are available.

- Once the software is up to date, go to Settings
- Select Connections
- Select Mobile Network
- Make sure Data Roaming is turned on
- If there is only one SIM in the phone
- Make sure VoLTE calls SIM 1 is turned on. If you have multiple SIMs on your Samsung device.
- Make sure you turn the toggle switch on for the SIM card which uses your One Communication service.
Note: If another software update is available, follow the process again until no other updates are available.
- Go to” Settings “
- Select ” Connections “
- Select ” Mobile Network “
- Make sure ” Data Roaming “ is turned on
- Make sure ” VoLTE calls SIM 1 “ is turned on
ONE offers VoLTE on Eagle Prime, Premium and Elite as well as Liberty Prime, Premium and Elite plans.
