Yes, ONE will provide a FREE device. It will be installed by a technician.

Step 1- Ensure that the device is powered on by pressing and holding down the red power key.

  Step 2- Ensure that the SIM card is properly inserted into your device.
  •  Is your SIM properly inserted?
  •  If not, ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted into the designated SIM slot and attempt to make or receive a call.

 Step 3- If the call fails, contact us for support via any of the options below.

Step 1 Locate the power adapter and plug it into the designated port on your device.

  • Is the device charging?
  • If yes, allow the device to charge for 4 hours.
