FIBRE EQUIPMENT COLLECTION

A recovery programme is currently underway to collect Fibre internet boxes that remain in homes where the Fibre service is no longer active. This initiative supports the continued improvement of our Fibre service and helps ensure smoother installations for customers across the country.

As part of this programme:

  • All collections are handled by a certified contractor approved by One Communications.
  • Visits are scheduled in advance, and customers will receive a phone call with full details before any home visit.
  • Contractors carry official identification, which can be verified by calling our Customer Care team at 0663.
