Fibre Voice is a high-speed internet and telephone service delivered over a 100% Fibre optic network. With this service, our customers will enjoy faster internet speeds, easy connectivity for multiple users, greater reliability, and added security with crystal clear telephone calls.
The Fibre Voice plans provide customers with a Fibre internet and voice solution in ONE affordable package. New and existing Fibre customers can access this voice and data service.
To register for ONE Fibre Voice service the following is required:
- You must be located within an area that supports ONE Fibre
- Valid proof of identification (e.g. National ID card, Driver’s license or Passport)
- Valid e-mail address
- Unlimited ONE to ONE Fixed Calls.
- 200 FREE ONE to ONE Mobile Minutes
- Increased flexibility with bundled packages
- Great savings with lower cost per call – up to 68% in savings each month.
- Crystal clear call quality
- Three free calling features included in every plan:
- Call waiting
- Caller ID
- 3-Way Calling
- Keep your existing home phone number when you upgrade to any ONE Fibre Voice Plan
ONE Fibre Voice gives you the best of both worlds with an internet and voice bundle. Get crystal clear calls, more complimentary minutes, and reduced costs per call.

If you are a DSL or Landline customer, you can also check the "Current Service Areas" https://onecomm.gy/en/fibre tab to determine Fibre availability.
Effective April 1st, 2025, all One Fibre plans include:
- 200 Free ONE to ONE mobile minutes.
- Unlimited ONE to ONE Fixed Calls.
The ONE Fibre 1GB plan (only) includes:
- Unlimited ONE to ONE Mobile and Fixed Calls.
- 200 international minutes for Calls to USA, Canada & English-Speaking Caribbean countries.
There are three (3) free calling features included in every plan:
- Call waiting
- Caller ID
- 3-Way Calling

Yes, you will be able to retain your current landline number.
Each ONE Fibre modem can accommodate a maximum of two (2) landlines.
ONE Fibre Voice service includes Unlimited ONE to ONE landline calls and 200 ONE to ONE mobile minutes. The ONE Fibre 1GB plan offers Unlimited ONE to ONE Mobile and fixed calls. After which the customer will incur standard calling rates below:
