One Communications seeks a qualified vendor to join us in delivering reliable, high-quality comprehensive operations and maintenance services for all cooling units across our nationwide facilities. This is your opportunity to collaborate with a leading telecommunications provider and ensure optimal performance of critical infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

•  Quarterly AC Servicing: Perform quarterly servicing on all AC units across One Communications facilities.
•  24/7 Emergency Support: Provide 24/7 support (including weekends and holidays) with SLA of 45-minute response; remote sites may allow up to 24 hours or depend on flight availability.
• Parts Management: One Communications will supply parts; vendors may use their own inventory with invoicing and usage tracking.
• Compliance & Safety: Vendor to provide transportation, tools, PPE and comply with One Communication’s safety and site access protocols.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report on all parts usage; assist with forecasting spare parts and equipment needs.
